It has the blue "Maple Leaf" back stamp on the bottom, dating it to around 1891.<br>It stands 5-1/4" in height to the tallest point, and measures 6" across the widest part.<br>The ewer has hand painted dark pink roses on a white background that has pearly-white raised enamel beads, surrounded by the main area that has overall tiny gold beads, as well as rosebuds with trailing green stems and leaves. There are three horizontal bands in a very dark green (almost black), enhanced with gold enamel scrolling and geometric lines. The shape of the handle is very "Art Nouveau".<br>There are no chips, cracks or crazing. Colors are excellent, however there is wear to the gold on the handle, and on the top and bottom rims.
